Business Review, the study, which surveyed over 5,000 companies, reveals
that businesses are focussing on just one or two social media channels –
selecting the tools which work best for their strategy. British businesses are
becoming more aware of the benefits of social media to engage customers with
43% of the respondents reporting they use this form of communication, an 8%
increase on last year.
Incorporating
